Before we installed an irrigation system and started with services provided by Lawn Doctor of Fort Myers, our lawn was more weeds than grass and very unhealthy. We contacted the company about providing weed control and after taking a look at our lawn, the representative told us that he did not feel his service would be effective without an irrigation system in place - that he’d just be taking our money and did not want us to waste our investment. After considering our options, we decided to irrigate and use his spraying services. Now a couple of years later, our lawn is thick, lush and healthy. You’d never know it was the same piece of ground….. Couldn’t be happier with the honesty and services Lawn Doctor of Fort Myers provides. ~ Teresa N

We had been taking care of our own lawn with fertilizer and treating it for bugs and weeds. We were using a chemical for killing nut sedge and it burned up our lawn. The grass was brown and had bare spots. We were getting threatening letters from our HOA that if we didn’t get it taken care of we would be fined. I saw the Lawn Doctor truck at one of our neighbors a couple of doors down. I went down and introduced myself to a Tim the technician. When he was finished with the lawn he was treating he came over to our home to look at our lawn. He assured me he could get our lawn green again and sure enough he was a man of his word. We also use the Lawn Doctor to spray for bugs and weeds. The Lawn Doctor is a family owned business and are very conscientious. Everyone in this family operation is very personable. Needed help with our lawn after Ian, we had a complete re-sod. The quality was poor, lawn was turning brown and full of spiders and weeds no matter what we did. Lawn Doctor's care of our lawn has helped remove the pests, weeds, and is finally taking hold and greening up. Prices are fair and the technicians are professional, offering tips and advice beyond the normal "Spray and walk away" of other companies. When started using Lawn Doctor my yard was in dire need of weed eradication. The first year did see some improvement but wasn’t sure if I was going to renew my contract because I though it should have been better but now really glad I gave them another year. This year I can see a drastic change in the lawn, its so much greener and you can tell healthier. Still have one or two spots that will need a few more application to be up to par with the rest of the lawn. But overall I’am really satisfied with the service. I have had several lawn care services since 2010 in Cape Coral Florida. TruGreen was the worst and yet email and call me several times a week. I told them their problem and that they will never be able to compete with Lawn Doctor.! Lawn Doctor is the Best!!! These guys have my lawns looking the best they ever have. I recommend them all the time when people ask why my lawn looks so good. I tell them 2 words "Lawn Doctor". Their communication and care for my lawns are excellent. If I have a question, they reply immediately and answer and solve any questions I may have. They are friendly and personable. If you want a great looking lawn call these guys in Cape Coral, Fort Meyers. They will have your lawn looking great in no time. They are also hard to beat for reasonable costs with excellent care. Lawn Doctor of Fort Myers is a great service. They are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. My lawn had serious problems for 3 years, I tried every service in the area before I hired Lawn Doctor. They determined that my lawn had chinch and fungus which the other so-called experts never found. In less than a year they got my lawn looking great! They may cost more but believe me it’s worth it to have people who are honest, hardworking and knowledgeable working for you. I recommend Lawn Doctor very highly. ~ Isis W

We have used Lawn Doctor of Fort Myers for the past 4 plus years. They exceed our expectations. Our lawn is grub and weed free. They arrive as expected, always courteous and use product that takes care of our yard. On one occasion the tech noticed a dry area in our yard. He let Jim Duffy, the owner know. Jim then reached out to me so that we could fix the broken irrigation system. It's nice to have an extra set of eyes watching out for problems. They go above and beyond. ~ William M

Lawn Doctor of Fort Myers knows when and where to apply their chemicals, which are safe for my pet (after it dries within an hour or two). If I see insect activity or weeds in a shrouded area, they are quick to respond to my call (normally next day) to remedy the issue. I believe I have been a customer for three years now. I have been using Lawn Doctor for a couple of years. My technician always calls when he is on the way. If I do have a problem with my lawn, I let him know and he takes care of it. It's really nice to have a local, family owned business that we can contact directly. Previously I had to reach a call center for another company that was "up north" somewhere and not aware of our South Florida climate. Speaking to a knowledgeable person was impossible. After using another company for years it was sold and my lawn started to look bad. They ask me to give them time. Months latter it still looks bad with many patches of dead grass.
